Israeli enemy forces deploy military reinforcements to several villages, towns north of Tulkarm, raid Nahalin, west of Bethlehem
Tulkarm/Bethlehem – Saba:
Israeli enemy forces deployed military reinforcements to several villages and towns in al-Sha’rawiya area north of Tulkarm on Sunday, raiding the towns of Saida, Attil, Allar, and Deir al-Ghusun.
The Palestinian news agency Wafa quoted local sources as saying that Israeli forces raided dozens of homes in these towns, searching them, vandalizing their contents, and arresting dozens of residents.
The sources added that the Israeli enemy forces took the detainees to homes they had seized after expelling the residents, converting them into military barracks and interrogation centers. Meanwhile, military vehicles and personnel patrolled the streets and neighborhoods, obstructing the movement of Palestinian citizens and vehicles, while simultaneously firing stun grenades at them.
The Israeli enemy forces also raided several shops, interrogating those inside and inspecting their mobile phones.
In Tulkarm, Israeli enemy forces launched drones over the city center, dropping leaflets containing threats and warnings to residents. This coincided with the 462nd consecutive day of the Israeli offensive on the city and its two refugee camps, Tulkarm and Nur Shams, amidst a tight siege and intermittent heavy gunfire within the camps.
In Bethlehem, Israeli enemy forces raided the town of Nahalin, west of Bethlehem, on Sunday.
Palestinian security sources reported that Israeli forces entered Nahalin and deployed throughout its streets, but no house raids or arrests were reported.
Israeli enemy forces also erected a military checkpoint in the town of Dar Salah, east of Bethlehem, on Sunday.
Palestinian security sources reported that Israeli enemy forces set up a military checkpoint in the area of Qabr Halwa Bridge, near the border with Beit Sahour. They stopped and searched vehicles and checked residents’ IDs, but no arrests or detentions were reported.
