(WHTM) — Some children will have to wait just a little longer to trick-or-treat, as some central Pennsylvania communities have announced delays due to weather.
Forecasted rain is causing some municipalities to move their scheduled trick-or-treat nights. A list can be found below of the changed times:
Hampden Township – rescheduled to Friday, Oct. 31, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
East Pennsboro Township – rescheduled to Saturday, Nov. 1, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Lower Allen Township – rescheduled to Saturday, Nov. 1, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Carroll Township – rescheduled to Friday, Oct. 31, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Dillsburg Borough – rescheduled to Friday, Oct. 31, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Monaghan Township – rescheduled to Friday, Oct. 31, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Franklintown Borough – rescheduled to Friday, Oct. 31, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Lower Allen Township said on Facebook that the reason to move trick or treating to Saturday was because of scheduling conflicts and traffic safety concerns with football.
