BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Bethlehem drivers will see a full closure on part of East 4th Street Monday.
The Water Department is shutting down the road Monday morning between New and Webster streets for repairs, with additional closures at Adams Street.
Detours will be posted, and the closure is expected to last through Monday only.
PennDOT is asking drivers to slow down and plan for brief backups.
