Mr. Lee’s Noodles is nearly ready to serve its ramen again in Bethlehem after a fire forced it to close last year.

The restaurant will reopen in a few weeks at Five10 Flats at 512 E. Third St. in Bethlehem, co-owner Erin Shea said. It has been closed since a May 2025 fire at the complex.

Shea, who owns Mr. Lee’s with her husband Lee Chizmar, said they mostly experienced water damage that forced them to fix walls and utilities.

The restaurant is physically good to go, Shea added, after the city gave them the certificate of occupancy. They can now focus on hiring and training staff.

She said customers can look forward to changes in the decor, menu and hours, including sit-down lunch dining for the weekends.

Mr. Lee’s also operates at the Easton Public Market in Easton.
