2026 Freddy Award nominations to be announced Thursday on 69 News at Noon | Freddy Awards

Theater students from around the region will soon learn if they’re headed to the Freddys.

The awards show nominations will be announced right here on 69 WFMZ-TV.

Students from participating high schools will tune into 69 News at Noon Thursday for the list of nominees.

Then, the live broadcast of the awards ceremony is set for two weeks later, on Thursday, May 21, at 7 p.m.

Both will be available to watch on 69 WFMZ and on the WFMZ + app.
