BETHLEHEM, Pa. – We’re previewing the Lehigh Valley Women’s Summit Wednesday morning, which draws hundreds of people to Bethlehem each year.

It’s coming up on June 4, and 69 News Anchor Eve Russo got to speak with the keynote speaker ahead of the big event about the small changes men and women can make each day that will help shape our lives.

The Women’s Business Council of the Chamber, Cedar Crest College, and United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley are teaming up for the summit, which will take place at Wind Creek Bethlehem from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., according to the event website.

The website says more than 700 people are expected to attend, most of whom are aspiring woman business leaders and entrepreneurs.

There will be three breakout sessions, focusing on leadership, personal development, and career advancement.

An afternoon general session and keynote speech will take place from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.

Executive Coach and Easton native Stef Ziev, who will be delivering the keynote speech, talked about the upcoming event on 69 News at Sunrise Wednesday. She said it was a “no brainer” to attend the summit, and feels grateful to be part of a summit that is vital, especially because people need to be in person and feel connected.

She emphasized the importance of focusing on the present, rather than being overwhelmed and thinking negatively about possible future outcomes.

She talks about these topics and more in her book, “The Choice is Yours: A Simple Approach to Live and Lead With More Joy, Ease, And Purpose.”
