The Berks County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the following fugitives:
John Lugo
• John Lugo, 31, whose last known address was in the 1000 block of Douglass Street, is wanted on charges of aggravated indecent assault without consent, simple assault, and a probation violation.
Police said that on Dec. 10 Lugo woke up the defendant and sexually assaulted her. He struck her in the face and attempted to bite her. The victim pushed Lugo away and fled.
He is described as 5 feet 8 inches and 165 pounds.
Justin Deutsch
• Justin Deutsch, 28, whose last known address was in Zion Grove, Schuylkill County, is wanted on bad checks charges.
Northern Berks Regional police said he used a bad check to purchase $932 worth of stone on Dec. 8.
He is described as 5 feet 7 inches and 170 pounds.
