PALMER TWP., Pa. – Individuals seeking a fresh look for spring will soon have a new salon to visit in Northampton County.
A new location of Great Clips, offering haircuts and styling for men, women and children, will hold a grand opening at 8:45 a.m. Saturday, May 16, at 3011 William Penn Highway in Palmer Township, franchisee Leena Dhawan told 69 News.
Dhawan is partnering with her husband, Nimish Dhawan, to operate the new salon, which will be located between StretchLab and Luxury Spa & Nails in the William Penn Plaza.

In celebration of the grand opening, the salon will offer $6.99 haircuts for four weeks, Leena said.
“It’ll be $6.99 for any haircut for all ages,” she added.
“We’re very excited. We have been planning this salon for a couple of years, and at last, opening day is right around the corner.”
Great Clips, established in 1982 in Minneapolis, has more than 4,400 franchised locations throughout North America.
Stylists are trained in a variety of men’s and women’s haircuts, including fades, crew cuts, bobs and layers, and can work with all hair types and textures.

The new Palmer Township salon will operate 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays, Leena said.
