BETHLEHEM, Pa. – A restaurant serving made-to-order burritos, quesadillas, tacos and more has ended operations.
A Bethlehem location of Moe’s Southwest Grill abruptly closed earlier this week at 3211 Schoenersville Road.
A Moe’s representative did not return a message seeking comment on the development, including a reason for the closure.
The Bethlehem eatery opened in 2012 in the Schoenersville Centre and was the first Lehigh Valley location of Moe’s.
The former restaurant’s space, totaling 2,962 square feet, is now available for lease, and prospective tenants can reach out to Michael Makhoul, a realtor with The James Balliet Property Group, at 610-390-3839.
Moe’s Southwest Grill, founded in 2000 and based in Atlanta, is a fast-casual restaurant franchise serving “high quality and fresh southwestern food,” according to a company description.
Guests can customize their burritos, bowls, quesadillas, tacos, nachos and more by choosing from more than 20 fresh ingredients.
Moe’s has over 550 locations in 35 states and across two countries and territories. Select locations offer catering and free chips and salsa with the purchase of an entree.
Other regional Moe’s locations continue to operate in Palmer Township, South Whitehall Township, Wyomissing and Stroud Township.
Additionally, a Moe’s location opened last year at Wind Creek Bethlehem’s food court, The Market at Wind Creek.
