Qualified vendors have the opportunity to lease the concession stand at Downing Golf Course in Harborcreek this summer. This opportunity would be under a monthly lease.
The City of Erie is currently accepting bids from vendors to operate this seasonal service from now until the lease is awarded.
Sealed proposals will be accepted by the City of Erie Purchasing Department located at 626 State Street Room 309.
The proposals must be submitted on the official bid form that is available in PDF format upon request to Jeff Gibbens, Public Works Assistant Director, at jgibbens@erie.pa.us.
