A lucky winner is celebrating Mother’s Day early with a $1 million prize from a scratch-off lottery ticket in Westmoreland County.The Pennsylvania Lottery said Beth Dudley bought the ticket at Crabtree Gas & Go at the Sunoco gas station on Roosevelt Way, just off Route 119 in Salem Township.Before buying that ticket, the 32-year-old mother of two said she had gotten a flat tire after dropping her toddler off at daycare.”I stopped over here, grabbed a drink and a ticket, and won a million dollars,” Dudley said. “I had to confirm it four times before I believed it.”Lottery officials held a ceremony at the store on Friday to recognize the big win.”I’m going to get a new car,” Dudley said. “But I’m going to invest, so a lot of it, I won’t see. The Pennsylvania Lottery said Beth Dudley bought the ticket at Crabtree Gas & Go at the Sunoco gas station on Roosevelt Way, just off Route 119 in Salem Township.
