A 25-year-old Erie man is facing drug-related charges after Pennsylvania State Police said investigators found him with a large quantity of suspected fentanyl, methamphetamine and cash during a narcotics investigation.
Marcus Laquincy Poston Jr., of Erie, was listed as the person involved in a Pennsylvania State Police public information release tied to a May 6 incident at 1345 W. 32nd St. in the City of Erie.
The State Police Troop E Vice Unit, with help from the Millcreek Township Police Department, Erie City Police Department, Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General and Erie County Detectives, executed a narcotics-related search warrant at the West 32nd Street address where they found the drugs and cash.
During the investigation, state police said they also discovered Poston conspired with several people from Erie and the Chicago area to distribute large quantities of fentanyl and other narcotics throughout the Erie area.
Poston was charged with “Manufacture, Delivery of Possession with Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, along with related crimes, according to the release.
