Rep. Ryan Mackenzie discusses key Lehigh Valley issues on WFMZ’s ‘Business Matters’ | Allentown Area

ALLENTOWN, Pa. – United States Congressman Ryan Mackenzie visited WFMZ-TV studios Tuesday.

He was here to record an interview for a special edition of “Business Matters.”

The congressman from the Lehigh Valley sat down with Tony Ianelli.

The pair discussed the big issues impacting the Valley as Mackenzie seeks re-election to a second term.

The Republican talked about finding consensus with Democrats in Congress on some issues.

“You have to work in a bi-partisan fashion. And so, on just about every single piece of legislation that I’ve introduced, I’ve actually sought out a Democrat on the other side to be a co-lead on the legislation. And most of the time we’ve been able to find someone to work together in a bi-partisan fashion,” Mackenzie said.
