CLARION, Pa. (EYT) — Pennsylvania State Police filed harassment citations following separate incidents in Clarion and Armstrong counties.
Monroe Township Harassment
According to court records, 21-year-old Chance Tyler Butcher, of Monroe Township, was cited with summary harassment involving physical contact stemming from an alleged incident on May 10 in Monroe Township, Clarion County. Court documents show the non-traffic citation was filed May 11 through Magisterial District Judge Jeffrey C. Miller’s office.
Harassment in Ashland Township
Court records indicate 67-year-old John W. Hannold, of Cranberry, was cited with summary harassment involving physical contact in connection with an alleged incident on May 4 in Ashland Township, Clarion County. The citation was filed May 11 through Magisterial District Judge Jarah Lee Heeter’s office by PSP Clarion.
Investigation in Armstrong County Leads to Two Citations
PSP Kittanning reported troopers responded to Franklin Village Mall in East Franklin Township, Armstrong County, on May 10 for a verbal altercation. According to police, the investigation determined both involved parties — identified as 19-year-old man from New Bethlehem, and 23-year-old Chicora man— were cited for harassment.
