Lehigh County Authority (LCA) has issued a Boil Water Advisory for a portion of the east side of Salisbury Township due to a loss of system pressure that may affect water quality, according to officials.

Residents in the affected area should boil all water for at least one minute before using it for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, food preparation, washing dishes, and pet water.

You can check the impacted area here to see if your property is affected.

Township officials say that affected property owners will also be receiving a hand-delivered notice on Wednesday night.

LCA will keep the advisory in place until water quality testing confirms the water is safe, officials said. They will issue another notice when the advisory is lifted.

Officials say if you have any questions or concerns, please contact Lehigh County Authority directly at 610-437-7515.
