Erie police investigating home invasion turned shootout
Erie City Police are investigating after an attempted home invasion that involved several gunshots on Tuesday night.
The incident happened in the 900 block of East 25th Street just after 11 pm.
Erie police investigating Friday shooting at local venue
Police said it involved a car driving away after those inside shot at the home and the residents of the home also ended up shooting back.
When police arrived on scene, they found several bullet holes in the home and shell casings scattered, but no one was hit.
There are currently no suspects at this time and detectives are looking for surveillance video of the area.
