Multi-vehicle crash on I-81 in Lackawanna County

A lane restriction was in place after two vehicles were involved in a crash Thursday evening on I-81 north near Exit 180.

MOOSIC, Pa. — A lane restriction was in place after a crash in Lackawanna County Thursday evening.

Officials say two vehicles crashed on I-81 North near Exit 180 in Moosic around 9:30 p.m. One person is hospitalized with minor injuries.

There is no word on the cause of the crash.

According to 511PA’s website, all lanes are open as of 11 p.m.
