Washington Commanders
Home: Week 1, Sunday, September 13 at 4:25 PM on FOX
As much as the idea of seeing how the newest version of Vic Fangio’s defense will look to contain Washington and its healthy and dynamic quarterback Jayden Daniels, the real curiosity here is what the Eagles’ offense will show. It’s probable that offensive coordinator Sean Mannion will keep things close to the vest throughout Training Camp and the preseason, so Week 1 is going to be the first real feel of the offense. THAT is the storyline to follow, and that is probably not going to change.
Away: Week 8, Sunday, November 1 at 8:20 PM on NBC’s Sunday Night Football
This is an NFC East back-to-back key moment in the season – with a Game against the Giants a week later (weird, right?) — and the hierarchy in the division should be pretty well established by this point. Keeping that NFC East for three consecutive weeks is very, very challenging. Week 2 of this stretch on the road may be the toughest test of all.

Tennessee Titans
Away: Week 2, Sunday, September 20 at 1 PM on FOX
Tennessee is rebuilding around quarterback Cam Ward and new head coach Robert Saleh, whose defensive prowess is established throughout the NFL. Tennessee went 3-14 last season, but Saleh is a no-nonsense coach who will have the Titans playing hard, physical football. The storyline to watch now: Fangio and his scheme against a second-year quarterback hoping to find success early in the schedule. This is one of just five currently scheduled 1 PM kickoffs for the Eagles in 2026.

Chicago Bears
Away: Week 3, Monday, September 28 at 8:15 PM on ESPN’s Monday Night Football
A Monday Night Football game in Chicago is always fun, and the Bears showed that they are a team on the rise with their performance in 2025. Chicago had great success running the football in the Black Friday win at Lincoln Financial Field, so that’s what bears – pun intended – watching here: How much do the Eagles remember about last season’s defensive performance and how they will adjust to the unique offensive run game the Bears bring to the table?
This is the first of five prime-time matchups and eight stand-alone games in 2026 for the Eagles.

Los Angeles Rams
Home: Week 4, Sunday, October 4 at 1 PM on FOX
The Eagles are 3-0 against the Rams over the past two seasons and all three of those matchups were unforgettable, including one of the best comeback wins of the entire 2025 season a year ago. When you’re playing the Rams, it’s all about figuring out a way to get quarterback Matthew Stafford off his game and about winning against a dynamic Los Angeles defensive front.

Jacksonville Jaguars
Away (at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London): Week 5, Sunday, October 11 at 9:30 AM EST on NFL Network
The Eagles are probably going to treat this like a West Coast game: Fly out on Friday night and play the game and then get right back to Philadelphia. It’s a tough gig, especially with a game the following Sunday. As for the football game itself, can we all agree that seeing where second-year Jaguar Travis Hunter fits into the equation will be fun? He could be a cornerback. He could be a wide receiver. The Eagles have depth and talent at both of those positions, so let’s see how that battle – or battles – turns out.
This marks the third international regular-season game in Eagles history. The first also came in London against the Jaguars, a 24-18 win at Wembley Stadium in 2018.

Carolina Panthers

Not sure that playing against Jaelan Phillips – the former Eagles defensive end now in Carolina –moves the needle – but it points to a strength-vs.-strength battle: Carolina reached the postseason last year in large part because its defense played very well. The Panthers are excellent in the trenches on that side of the ball, so the Eagles will have their hands full.

Dallas Cowboys
Home: Week 7, Monday, October 26 at 8:15 PM on ESPN’s Monday Night Football
How about this one? Riq Woolen was a key offseason addition to the Eagles’ defense and he and Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean and the entire secondary face an absolutely dynamic passing attack in this Monday Night Football game. The Rams will be a test, no doubt. Washington, for sure. Hey look, all of the teams the Eagles play have weapons. But Dallas has maybe the most explosive passing game in the league so that is the storyline here.
Away: Week 12, Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 26 at 4:30 PM on FOX
Thanksgiving Day. A short week. At Dallas. The fourth NFC East game in five weeks. And a Dallas football team that is accustomed to hosting on Thanksgiving Day, that knows how to navigate the short week, etc. The teams know each other, they are likely to be involved in the division race and this game should be bonkers fun.
It should be no surprise that the best rivalry in the NFL is featured in prime time then later in a holiday stand-alone broadcast.

New York Giants
Home: Week 9, Sunday, November 8 at 1 PM on FOX
Gotta hand it to New York quarterback Jaxson Dart: He was a handful for the Eagles last season with his movement, his instincts and his fearlessness. The offense is better around Dart now, and the Giants have a new head coach in John Harbaugh and a rising expectation. How the Eagles contain Dart and his scrambling is a great storyline here.
Away: Week 18, Date/Time/Network TBD
A division game to end the schedule. Of course!! How much will be on the line here? That’s always the question and the storyline for Week 18. Start fast and finish strong. That’s how the Eagles want to play it in the season ahead and finishing at the Giants, with a stadium that will feature a lot of Eagles green, it is a fabulous way to put icing on the regular-season cake.

Visions of the younger version of quarterback Aaron Rodgers remain: He was so quick to release the ball, so accurate, such a great arm. A really, really tough assignment. Will Rodgers, at age 42, still be the Steelers quarterback this late in the season? If not, Pittsburgh has an extremely tough path to victory.

Arizona has a lot of work to do to get back into the thick of things in the brutal NFC West, but they have high, high hopes for No. 3 overall draft pick Jeremiyah Love. He and Marvin Harrison, Jr, a talented wide receiver, form the core of the future for the Cardinals. The storyline here is travel – playing in Dallas on Thanksgiving and then heading all the way back out to Arizona is not easy. And if you’re too young to remember, look back at some of the struggles the Eagles have had in Arizona. It … is … never … easy. 2025 Record: 3-14 (4th in NFC West)

Indianapolis Colts
Home: Week 14, Sunday, December 13 at 1 PM on FOX
Are the Colts again going to be a playoff team? If so, they need great play from quarterback Daniel Jones, who is coming off an Achilles injury. Indianapolis has a solid team that was the surprise of the NFL before Jones went down and the Colts collapsed. A good storyline is that it’s going to be a huge, huge game for the Eagles. No letdowns with a brutal four-game stretch to end the regular season.

A Saturday late-afternoon game at Lincoln Financial Field in December! What fun! And a huge one at that. Seattle’s defense is among the best in the league, so where are the Eagles going to be offensively late in the season? What about Mannion’s offense is clicking? This is as good a test as any on the schedule.

And then there is THIS defense!! A powerhouse, led by end Will Anderson, a great cornerback in Derek Stingley and an all-out takeaway machine. Safety Reed Blankenship is a key piece for the Texans and, of course, we love him for all that he did as an Eagle, so this is a great one to watch. Houston is a Super Bowl-contending team. The Eagles are as well. Seattle and Houston in a span of four days. Wowowowow!

Yet another stand-alone game, this time on Football Night In America. The 49ers worked that Brock Purdy offense into a win in the 2025 postseason, and the San Francisco defense stifled the Eagles and, well, let’s see how the Eagles respond here in the midst of the down-the-stretch gauntlet.
