Pennsylvania DOT warns about lane restrictions on I-81

LACKAWANNA COUNTY, PA (WIVT/WBGH) – I-81 southbound will be seeing left lane restrictions starting on Monday May 18th through May 21st.

From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. the highway will see construction daily for patching and crack sealing. This will occur in Luzerne County between Exit 180 (Moosic) and Exit 165 (Mountain Top/Wilkes-Barre)

The Pennsylvania department of transportation asks for drivers to proceed with caution, follow the posted speed limit and turn on their headlights.
