PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — Accuweather Alert for rounds of heavy rain and strong winds. Halloween will be dry but windy.
OVERNIGHT: Rain develops from south to north. Winds increase between 12 and 25 mph.
THURSDAY: Period of heavy rain and gusty winds. Drying out in the evening. High of 65.

FRIDAY (HALLOWEEN): Sun to start gives way to instability clouds bubbling up in the afternoon. Chilly and windy. Gusts 45-50 mph. High of 59. Trick or treat begins in the upper 50s and falls to the low 50s. With the wind, it will feel more like the 40s.
SATURDAY: Breezy and brighter. A pleasant first day of November, high 61. Daylight saving time ends overnight, so set the clocks back one hour at bedtime.
SUNDAY: Mix of sun and clouds. High of 60. Sunset is 4:57 p.m.
MONDAY: A nice day with mostly sunny skies, high 63.
TUESDAY (ELECTION DAY): Dry with clouds and sun, high 58.
