BERKS CO., Pa. – Pennsylvania state traffic PA-511 reports a multi-vehicle crash on I-78 westbound between Exit 29: PA 61 South – Reading, and Exit 23: Shartlesville. The accident has closed all westbound lanes to traffic in that area.
