(WBRE/WYOU) — High pressure will remain in control of our weather as we finish up another weekend.
Plenty of sunshine and very warm temperatures will be around for Sunday, although there is a slight chance of a scattered shower later in the day. It gets very hot for the first half of the week, with showers and thunderstorms possible later on Tuesday and Wednesday. Cooler air returns for the second half of the week.
For today, you can expect partly sunny skies. It will be unseasonably warm with highs in the mid 80s. Tonight will be partly cloudy and mild, with lows near 60.
Monday will be mostly sunny and hot, with highs in the upper 80s.
Tuesday will be partly cloudy with a chance of a scattered shower or thunderstorm later in the day, accompanied by highs near 90.
Wednesday will cool down slightly with highs in the mid 80s, however there will be partly cloudy skies with a chance for scattered showers or thunderstorms later in the day.
Thursday and Friday will cool down significantly, with highs in the upper 60s, accompanied by partly cloudy skies.
Saturday will be partly sunny with a chance of showers, and highs will be in the upper 60s.
