WEST READING, Pa. – Elsewhere in Berks County, plants and sustainability were the focus of the fourth annual “Vines and Vibes” event in West Reading.
The event wrapped up a little while ago.
There were more than a dozen vendors on hand.
Alternative country-rock band Frog Holler provided the day’s soundtrack.
