LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A 36-year-old man was arrested after police said he struck a juvenile several times in the face during an incident earlier this month.
Ruben Lubo, of Adamstown, allegedly struck the victim at least three times, causing swelling and redness to their face area.
The incident occurred around 6 p.m. on May 3 at Adamstown Park, police said.
The victim and their parent declined medical treatment, according to police. Lubo was arrested the same night and released on bail the following day.
Lubo is charged with endangering the welfare of children and simple assault. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for later this month.
