The West Earl Township Police Department has charged Nathan Dissmore after an investigation into alleged inappropriate communication with juvenile boys over social media. Police said the investigation began in February after they discovered Dissmore had allegedly sent explicit images of himself through Snapchat. According to charging documents, the identified victims are 16 and 17 years old. One of the alleged victims received a message from Dissmore in which he referred to himself as a “pedo hunter,” police said. Dissmore faces multiple felony charges, including:Disseminating explicit sexual material.Unlawful contact with minors.Criminal solicitation involving sexual abuse of children.He was arrested Friday, arraigned, and released on $50,000 bail.
