BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The City of Bethlehem Police Department says it is investigating multiple indecent exposures involving the man pictured above.
The man is described as a late teen to early twenties, black man with chin-length dreadlocks, around 5’ 8” to 5’ 11” with a thin frame, according to a Facebook post from the police department.
Officials say there have been two reported incidents within the past few months involving this man exposing himself to women within the area of the 700 block of Prospect Avenue and the 300 block of Franklin Street. The man is believed to live somewhere near this area of the city.
According to police, in the most recent incident, the man was seen riding a black electric scooter as pictured below.
