Crash halts westbound traffic on Route 22 in South Whitehall Township | Allentown Area

S. WHITEHALL TWP., Pa. – A crash on Route 22 shut down all westbound lanes in South Whitehall Township Monday night.

Crews were on scene, stopping all westbound traffic, while eastbound lanes remained open with some delays.

The closure stretched between the 15th Street exit and the Cedar Crest Boulevard exit.

Authorities have not yet released information on injuries or what caused the crash.
