The Estate Planning Council of Central Pennsylvania has elected Jennifer Doyle, president and CEO of The Foundation for Enhancing Communities, as its new president.

Doyle will lead the council’s board of directors as the organization continues its work to support estate and financial planning professionals throughout the region. EPC Central PA brings together professionals who help individuals, families and businesses plan for the future, including accountants, attorneys, insurance and financial advisers, trust officers and other related professionals.

“At an important inflection point, The Foundation for Enhancing Communities stepped toward the Estate Planning Council of Central Pennsylvania to support our continued efforts to foster collaboration among regional professional services practices in the Harrisburg area. We’re thrilled that Jennifer will lead the organization’s board of directors in the year ahead,” said Andy Otto, immediate past president of EPC and director of trust and fiduciary services for Boden Wealth.

Doyle’s leadership role builds on TFEC’s commitment to working with estate planners, financial advisers, accountants and attorneys to help clients include charitable giving in their estate and financial plans. In 2025, TFEC received 17,584 gifts totaling more than $13 million and awarded 1,748 grants totaling more than $8.7 million, reflecting the foundation’s role in helping donors turn generosity into community impact.

“Estate planning is deeply personal, and charitable giving can be an important part of helping people create a lasting impact,” Doyle said. “Through EPC of Central PA, professionals from across the region have an opportunity to learn from one another, build trusted relationships and better serve the people and families who rely on their guidance.”
