MUHLENBERG TWP., Pa. – Two people were injured after a crash involving a car and tractor trailer on a stretch of Route 222 South in Berks County Friday morning.
County dispatchers say it happened shortly before 6 a.m. on Route 222 South at Route 61 in Muhlenberg Township.
The roadway was closed after the crash, but has since reopened.
The two people were taken to the hospital, and their injuries are not believed to be severe, dispatchers say.
No word on what led up to the crash.
