The over-century-old Jimmy’s Hot Dogs has opened a new location in the Lehigh Valley.
The restaurant opened Friday for a soft launch at 9 N. Third St. in Easton, according to Raj Muddu, who operates Jimmy’s with his family. A grand opening will occur in about 2-3 weeks, he added.
The hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. all week, though Muddu said those are subject to change.
Jimmy’s Hot Dogs also operates at the 25th Street Shopping Center at 2555 Nazareth Road in Palmer Township.
