WQLN will once again host the “Sounds Around Town” concert series with four free live music events throughout the summer. The concerts will be held at WQLN’s scenic wood pavilion
This year the concert series is presented and supported by Romolo Chocolates, Mazza Vineyards, and Erie Arts & Culture.
This series is a free family friendly event that will feature performances from regional artists and a live television production.
Each concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. and will last between an hour to an hour and a half. This year three Erie acts will perform and one band from the Cleveland area will perform.
Along with free admission guests can enjoy complimentary beer from New Trails Brewing Company and grilled hot dogs from WQLN while supplies last.
The lineup for this series can be found below:
June 19 — Round Midnite (Erie) R&B and neo-soul favorites from the 1990s and 2000s.
June 26 — RM Delta (Erie) Blues performance featuring Rodger Montgomery and Mark Dolak.
July 10 — Lords of the Highway (Cleveland) High-energy rockabilly that will keep the audience on their feet.
July 17 — Reminiscent (Erie) A tribute to classic Motown and soul groups of the 1960s and early 1970s.
