A man died in a mining accident in Greene County on Monday night, authorities said.Pennsylvania State Police said Zachary Wolfe, 34, of Rices Landing, was crushed by a falling rock while working at the Bailey Mine in Aleppo Township.The incident happened at about 10 p.m., according to a report from the coroner’s office.Police said they are continuing to investigate.”We are deeply saddened to confirm that we lost a member of our Core family during an incident underground at our Bailey mine,” said a statement from Core Natural Resources. “We are working with state and federal officials to investigate the cause of the accident.
