CAERNARVON TWP., Pa. – A graduation ceremony in Caernarvon Township celebrated the hard work of students in our area.
Communities In Schools of Eastern Pennsylvania held its “Ready, Set, Graduate!” ceremony Wednesday.
The program helps at-risk students achieve their academic goals.
“What’s exciting about it is that Communities In Schools, we’re really about unlocking potential,” said Timothy Mulligan, CIS president and CEO. “So it’s really about what they did. Life is challenging. There’s a lot of ups and downs, and we’re there to walk beside them to help them through those challenges to remind them that they have what is takes to be successful.”
More than 20 students from Berks, Chester and Delaware counties graduated from the program this year.
