Assembly Rooftop Lounge
At Assembly, visitors can indulge in a refreshed menu built for rooftop dining and sharing. Standouts include the Carne Guisada Taco with chili lime aioli, Tuna Poke layered with citrus ponzu and taro chips, and a Laguna Blanca Salmon Cake, alongside warm-weather favorites like roasted corn guacamole, burrata caprese, and lobster rolls.
The summer-forward approach continues with sweets like a pineapple cheesecake and Limoncello mousse, while the cocktail program highlights fresh herbs, citrus, and fruit-driven flavors in drinks like the strawberry-infused ‘Pulling Straws,’ the cucumber-mint ‘Garden Party,’ and the tropical ‘Staycation.’ Locals can also order up frozen cocktails (including a seasonal Frosé) plus mocktails like the Strawberry Ginger Smash and Cucumber Mint “Gin” Spritz.

Jet Wine Bar/Garden
Jet Wine Garden, located next to Jet Wine Bar at 15th and South Street, offers a unique perspective into ancient wines with a selection curated by owner and archaeologist, Jill Weber. To take it a step further, this summer, Philadelphians will gain insider access with a series of wine events, including one on July 15 dubbed ‘Let Freedom Flow.’ This tasting salutes “the rebels, revolutionaries, and curious drinkers of the wine world and is your passport to wines made by bold vintners who defy convention and redefine what’s possible in the glass.”
If you can’t make it out in July, another event on Aug. 19 might be more your speed. Dubbed the ‘Queens of the Desert’ wine tasting, this event will feature vino inspired by the lands of ancient queens. Tickets to both events come out to be $79 and include the pours, snacks, tax and gratuity.

Turks Head Wines
This summer, Turks Head Wines has debuted three warm-weather-ready wines to the area. The fresh Philly lineup includes the 2024 Chenin Blanc from Clarksburg’s Wilson Vineyard, which the brand says is ideal with shellfish, grilled fish, lemony chicken dishes, and goat cheese; the 2025 Rosé from Sonoma County’s Olson Vineyard, which pairs beautifully with a watermelon and feta salad, sashimi, and spring vegetable pasta primavera; and the fruit-forward 2023 Merlot from Russian River Valley’s Boschetti Vineyard, a natural match for grilled meats, salmon, mushroom dishes, and smoky barbecue flavors. The wines are available online in 36 states and at Turks’ tasting room and bottle shoppe in West Chester.
