The Berks County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the following fugitives:
Ansari Jalal
• Ansari Jalal, 22, whose last known address was in the 300 block of South 13th Street, Reading, is wanted on charges of first-degree murder, kidnapping and robbery.
Reading police said that on March 28, 2023, Jalal and another individual were spotted forcing someone into a vehicle at 10th and Greenwich streets. The victim was later found dead of gunshot wounds just outside the city. The suspects also took the victim’s cellphones and disposed of his clothing.
He is described as 6 feet 2 inches and 150 pounds.
Sergio Caicedo-Ramirez
• Sergio Caicedo-Ramirez, 40, whose last known address was in the 800 block of Kenhorst Boulevard, Reading, is wanted on charges of indecent assault on someone under the age of 13, indecent exposure and endangering the welfare of children.
Police said Caicedo-Ramirez sexually assaulted the juvenile victim on multiple occasions between July 24, 2016, and March 23, 2023, Charges were filed by Berks County detectives on Oct. 1, 2025.
He is described as 5 feet 8 inches and 180 pounds.
