Two people are facing charges after a shooting at a bar in Scranton back in March.
According to Scranton Police, Elijah Barcola faces several charges after a shooting at Big Daddy’s Bar on March 14 left two people injured. Barcola had an active arrest warrant for criminal attempt to commit homicide and aggravated assault.
He was taken into custody without incident at the Skyview Apartments, where he was staying with his girlfriend, Konstinse Wyman.
Police got a search warrant for the apartment and found a Glock 48, 9mm handgun that was reported stolen in the children’s bedroom. During the search, police also found a Glock magazine next to a bed and several drugs.
Barcola faces charges with possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, two counts of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, receiving stolen property (firearm), two counts of endangering the welfare of children, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Wyman faces charges of two counts of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, receiving stolen property (firearm), two counts of endangering the welfare of children, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
