NAZARETH, Pa. – The (3) Nazareth baseball team resumed their District 11 6A quarterfinal with visiting (6) Freedom on Friday morning and posted a 12-4 victory to punch their ticket to semifinals.
The Blue Eagles will play either Liberty or Stroudsburg in Monday’s semifinals at DeSales.
Both teams registered 9 hits in the game.
Freedom pulled to within 5-4 in the 4th inning with 3 runs. Nazareth returned the favor in the home half and added 4 more in the 6th.
