The 2025-26 season is in the books for the Philadelphia 76ers, which means it is the time to look back on the season that was for each player. The Sixers finished 45-37 and as the No. 7 seed for the Eastern Conference playoffs before upsetting the Boston Celtics in Round 1 and falling to the New York Knicks in Round 2. They had to battle through a tough season injury-wise, but there were some good moments for everybody on the roster.
Up next in this series is Jabari Walker, who the Sixers signed to a two-way deal in the 2025 offseason, but the big man played well enough to earn himself a standard deal. The 4-year big man gave the Sixers a lot of physicality and a big edge in the paint whenever he was able to get into the paint as Philadelphia turned to him to give a spark every time he touched the floor.

Walker played in 64 games, starting six of those games, and gave the Sixers a ton of energy he stepped on the floor. He was ready to go whenever coach Nick Nurse called his name and was able to give Philadelphia that spark and jolt every single time he stepped on the floor. He played a key role in a number of ways and the Sixers rewarded him with a standard deal. When considering he is still only 23, one has to believe he will play a role for this group at some point.
Walker highlights
The Sixers unearthed another gem in Walker, as they did with Dominick Barlow, with the two-way deals. There is no doubt that Walker can produce and give the Sixers some good minutes if they were to turn to him more. As Philadelphia moves ahead in the 2026 offseason, one has to wonder if he will get more of a look in the future.
