ALLENTOWN, Pa. – The City of Allentown is launching its new 311 system.
It’s an online, mobile-friendly tool designed to make it easier for residents to report non-emergency issues to Public Works, whether it’s a pothole, trash concern, street maintenance, or other issues.
Officials say it only takes about one minute to make a request on the system.
During Thursday’s announcement, officials also gave a tour of the newly renovated third floor of the Public Works building.
