The company was first featured in 2023, shortly after it was founded by Bob and his wife, Desiree. Their business model centers around convenience, using a mobile app that allows customers to easily request services. Through the app, users can describe their project, upload photos, and schedule a technician at a time that works best for them all at no cost to download.
Fixed HHS now employs a team of 15 technicians, all of whom are official company employees. To secure a project, customers pay a $50 reservation fee, which is later applied to the final invoice.
Operations Manager Fred Petrusch says the company’s services extend beyond residential customers, also working with other local businesses on maintenance and repair projects.
As part of its continued expansion, Fixed HHS has opened a new location off Henderson Road in Erie. The facility includes a full workshop where technicians can paint or stain materials, store equipment and tools, and maintain a small fleet of company vehicles.
The new space also gives customers the opportunity to visit in person — helping to build trust and establish strong relationships between the company and the community it serves.
