An investigation is underway after three puppies were stolen from a home in Lancaster County, according to Pennsylvania State Police. Troopers said three red and white miniature poodles were stolen from a residence on Laurel Road in Brecknock Township. Police believe the theft happened around 3 a.m. on Monday, May 25.
