Police synopsis: Robeson Township police said $7,500 in improper withdrawals were made from a township resident’s Santander Bank account in Perth Amboy, N.J., and Staten Island, N.Y. The suspect used a Pennsylvania driver’s license that contained the victim’s information and the suspect’s photograph.
