The coroner has been called to a Whitehall Township address after a reported shooting Thursday evening.
Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio confirmed his office was called to the 5100 block of Third Street, which is located in the Cementon section of the township, though he could not provide additional details about the nature of the incident.
A shooting was reported in the area around 5:30 p.m., according to the Lehigh Valley Breaking News Facebook page.
Buglio said that in addition to his office, the Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office and Whitehall Township Police were responding to the scene.
