DOWN 50 DEGREES. OUR LOW TEMPERATURE TOMORROW MORNING, WE WILL HAVE CLEAR SKIES OVERNIGHT. HIGH TEMPERATURES TOMORROW WE’LL HIT THE MID TO UPPER 70S AS WE HEAD INTO THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS. AND IN PITTSBURGH, WE’RE LOOKING AT A HIGH TEMPERATURE AROUND 77 DEGREES, 72 ON SATURDAY, 75 ON SUNDAY. EACH OF THOSE DAYS, MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES AND VERY COMFORTABLE CONDITIONS OUTSIDE. MONDAY NIGHT AS WELL. WE’LL HAVE A COLD FRONT THAT’S GOING TO SWING THROUGH THE AREA. IT’S GOING TO BE A DRY, COLD FRONT. IT’S NOT GOING TO HAVE MUCH TO DO WITH IT OR MUCH, MUCH. IT WILL BE A WEAK COLD FRONT COMING THROUGH IS WHAT I’M TRYING TO SAY. SO WE’LL NOT HAVE ANY RAIN SHOWERS WITH IT AND ONLY A FEW CLOUDS AS IT GOES FROM NORTH TO SOUTH ACROSS THE REGION. HIGH TEMPERATURE ON MONDAY IS 76 DEGREES. AND THEN WE GO INTO NEXT WEEK, WHERE WE’LL HAVE TEMPERATURES NEAR THE MID 70S SUNSHINE. AND THEN WE FINALLY TAKE IT UP TO THE LOW 80S ON THURSDAY AND FRIDAY. THAT WILL BE OUR FIRST CHANCE OF EVEN SEEING SOME RAIN SHOWERS IN THE AREA. SO SATELLITE AND RADAR CLEAR SKIES OUT THERE RIGHT NOW AS YOU LOOK OUT TO THE WEST, YOU CAN SEE A LOT OF CLEAR SKIES. HIGH PRESSURE IS ACTUALLY CENTERED OVER THE GREAT LAKES, CLEARING THAT OUT AS WELL. AND AS WE GO INTO TOMORROW, IT’S REALLY GOING TO BE A SIMILAR SCENE OUT THERE. FRIDAY WE’LL HAVE MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES. WE’LL TAKE IT OVERNIGHT INTO SATURDAY, CLEAR SKIES AND SUNSHINE THROUGH THE DAY ON SATURDAY WILL GO OVERNIGHT WITH CLEAR SKIES. AND AGAIN ON SUNDAY. Jam on Walnut, the annual summer concert series and block party on Walnut Street in Pittsburgh’s Shadyside neighborhood, will not be happening.The Shadyside Chamber of Commerce made the announcement this week in a social media post.The group says while they are not involved, the organizers do not have the capacity to put on the large event, and there is growing concern about public safety, cleanliness and underage drinking.Instead, the chamber says a new outdoor summer music series will be happening on some Saturday nights from June through September.
