EASTON, Pa. — Easton is gearing up to demolish a very bright bank along 3rd Street.
Demolition on the former Fidelity Bank officially starts on Monday – but – organizers are celebrating on Saturday.
Residences at The Lynden will be going up in place of the bank soon.
It’s a 73 unit condo complex — and over 50% of the units are already sold.
Units start in the high 300-thousands.
Construction is expected to finish by the end of 2027.
