CHADDS FORD, Pa. (WHTM) — Two men are facing charges, accused of causing a motorcyclist to crash and nearly causing another crash.
Brian Blattner, 37, and George Cwienk III, 51, were arrested Thursday on felony aggravated assault charges, among others.
According to State Police at Avondale, troopers and firefighters were called to a crash on Sept. 13 around 6:45 p.m. on U.S. 1 Northbound in Pennsbury Township, Chester County.

Troopers said a group of motorcycle riders wearing motorcycle club jackets were passing stopped traffic and blocking northbound traffic by slowing down and preventing others from passing legally in open lanes.
A man attempted to pass the slower traffic on a motorcycle when Cwienk III, troopers alleged, swerved multiple times at the man causing him to brake abruptly to avoid striking Cwienk and a jersey barrier.
A woman was also riding a motorcycle in the open left lane passing traffic when Blattner, troopers alleged, abruptly turned from the right lane into the left and struck her motorcycle.
She then struck the jersey barrier, was thrown from the motorcycle and knocked unconscious.
Cwienk III was charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, among other charges.
Blattner was charged with aggravated assault, aggravated assault by a motor vehicle, reckless endangerment, among others.
