A three-vehicle crash on Sawmill Run Boulevard caused damage to a gas station and meter in Pittsburgh’s Bon Air neighborhood. According to Pittsburgh Public Safety, first responders were called to the 900 block of Sawmill Run Boulevard before midnight for a three-vehicle crash.One of the vehicles hit the gas station store and caused extensive damage to the building. The vehicle also hit the gas meter, and it started leaking gas. The gas company responded to shut it off, but additional crews are needed to fix and replace the meter.Inspectors from the city Permits, Licenses and Inspections department, also known as PLI, responded to the scene to evaluate the structural integrity of the building.Medics helped one person with wrist pain and another with back pain.
