Philadelphia police are looking for a missing teenager mom and her newborn baby.
Police say 17-year-old Ryleigh Gnoski and her 7-week-old baby, Armoni Gnoski, were last seen on Tuesday on the 8700 block of Marsden Street in Philadelphia’s Holmesburg section.

Police say Ryleigh is often on the 2600 block of South Bouvier Street in South Philadelphia.
