Traffic investigators from the City of Erie Police Department are investigating after a car accident between one of their cruisers and another car.
That incident, captured by Jacob Himelein on Facebook, happened Saturday evening just after 7 pm at the intersection of East 5th and Parade streets.

According to the police chief, officers were responding to a gun call traveling eastbound on 5th, when they struck a vehicle traveling southbound on Parade.

The two officers and two people in the other vehicle were treated and since released from UPMC Hamot.
