(WHTM)– The Pennsylvania Municipal General Election is just around the corner, and here are all the important dates to ensure you are prepared to cast your vote.

According to the Lancaster County Board of Elections, the state’s Municipal General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.

Voters who aren’t registered must register to vote by Monday, October 20. The Board of Elections said voters have until 5 p.m. in person at the Elections Office or 11:59 p.m. online. Voter registration status can be checked online.

Registered voters across the state can complete a mail-in ballot application, but they must request one before 5 p.m. on Tuesday, October 28.

Voters who have already requested a ballot or signed up as a permanent mail-in voter can expect their ballots soon, the Lancaster County Board of Elections said.

Voters can check the status of their ballot online.

Mail-in ballots must be returned to the Board of Elections by 8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 4.
